Mars Retrograde in Aries: War: What Is It Good For?

Mars entered the sign of his rulership, Aries, on June 28th 2020 for an extended stay until January 6 2021 due to his rare retrograde in his own sign and things are getting heated! I did a video earlier that spoke to the impact of Mars in Aries for each sign. Look at both Rising Sign and Sun sign if you know them Mars rarely goes retrograde in his own sign and the last two times were in 1941 from Sept 6th to Nov 10th (23˚ Aries to 11˚ Aries) and 1988 from August 26th to Oct 28th (11˚ Aries to 29˚ Aquarius). 1941 was the middle of World War 2 and the Retrograde period brought the atomic program that would become the Manhattan Project and, shortly after, the attack on Pearl Harbor that caused the US and Britain to declare war on Japan and for the US to enter the War. Incidentally, Bernie Sanders was born during this rare retrograde and his chart is activated majorly by this retrograde. That felt like a good omen to me but he’s withdrawn from the race to be the Democratic Nominee so we’ll have to see. 1988 brought the realization that 50k Kurds had been killed by Iraq and shortly after the retrograde Gorbachev became the head of the Soviet Union, first female Prime Minister of a Muslim country was elected (Bhutto in Pakistan), the PLO proclaiming the State of Palestine, the Armenian Earthquake that killed 25–50k and the Lockerbie bombing.
